Pretty good app! The biggest problem is that if you are in the park and ask for navigation to your car in the legoland parking area, the app will navigate you to walk out of the park in a place where there is no exit, so you end up walking 10 mins to wrong direction, examine the fence and realize there is no exit here, walk back 15 mins to the front gate and walk to your car 15 mins. please fix the navigation to respect the real entrances/exits of the park.

The user interface is unintuitive and confusing, making even basic tasks difficult to complete. It also fails to verify basic information reliably, which significantly impacts the overall user experience. I uninstalled the app within an hour because it was simply too frustrating to use. The app needs substantial improvements in usability, clarity, and reliability.

I'm from the UK and visited Legoland on 2 & 3rd July 24. we found the app really helpful and worked perfectly for both queue times and as a map for the park. I'd definitely recommend it to others. I'd also recommend going to the back of the park first and then working forward, we didn't do that on our first day and got sucked into long queues but did the 2nd day and it really made a big difference.
