[Multiple Cleaning Modes]
Narwal is equipped with 5 cleaning modes, including Freo Mode, Vacuum and Mop, Vacuum then Mop, so that you can choose the one that suits your floor the best.

[Customized Cleaning Plans]
Long story short, you can customize in any way you want! You get to decide the cleaning sequence, frequency, even the mopping pressure and moisture of the robot via this app, so that you can get the most flawless floor in just one click!

[Spot Cleaning]
Only one specific area is dirty? You can select that one place on the app, and Freo will head out to clean!

[Map Management]
Merge and divide rooms as you want! You can even set no-go zones to make sure Freo doesn't intrude!

[Customized Cleaning Reports]
At the end of each cleaning plan, you can see how Freo made your floor spotless through a customized and engaging short video!

Ratings and reviews

The Narwal app is undoubtedly the WORST app that I have had to use. There is no central page to access commands. There are sub menus EVERYWHERE! - under words, in corners under graphics, under symbols... Tonight I was unable to find a way to decrease the size of an interior room. After most runs I find it a foot from its base, dead after being unable to get into the dock and then dying overnight. I'm just so tired of fighting this dang machine. I have 3 other robots and have no difficulty

I only have one issue with this app but it's a significant one for me. When editing maps, where you want to add a no-go zone, carpet, or furniture, positioning of these is largely a guessing game because the map does not show you any of the items that the vacuum sees such as furniture, legs. My robot keeps getting stuck on a throw rug, and I just want to tell it to avoid that rug. But because there are no landmarks, I have to use trial and error to position the zone.

unusable!! I have been having problems with this whole entire set up not just the app. the device worked fine for a month then suddenly, doesn't connect to app. doesn't follow set map. I tried to contact customer service for the device, and was told to send it i for a look over but simultaneously getting told its all on my end where the problem lies. its not on my end.. my internet router is new and latest model from service company. no other device in my household has had any issues connecting.
