Well when I changed phones it won't let me pay my bill through the app. I have to make a phone call to pay my bill monthly. I wanted to update my comment a bit. The app works great and I sorted out the problem. I'm 65 years old and electronically challenged, but y'all have been great. Anytime I call very professional and helpful. Thanks

If you have this card, I would recommend that you pay it off and cancel it immediately. It's probably one of the worst designed apps I see in banking/ finan I've seen in the banking space. First, their app is extremely confusing, as in, their (UI) is trash. For example it takes 7 clicks to pay off your balance each month (For Discover, it's 5 and for AMEX it's 4- assuming you pay off balances each month) On top of the app, their customers service is sub optimal. They cut cost but outsourcing CS

My user ID and password work but it won't let me use my finger ID. It tells me that it has not been set up yet. So I tried to set it up, (every time I open the app). I have tried to exit off different ways but it doesn't matter. My finger print opens and works for all my other apps. Can you please fix. PS it used to work before I switched phones, (I switched for exact model).
