I originally never reviewed as it was a standard banking app, I dont know who was in charge of this mobile update but it physically hurts to view the app now! 😭 I had thought it was perfect before so im extremely confused as to the complete change to the coloring and what I assume is font change as I couldn't bare to look at it longer than necessary!

I started my Merrick card over a year ago because their credit card was less predatory than any other offers I was getting (no "account maintenance" fees, lower APR) When my first purchase didn't go through I called their CARES number which really had reliable customer service. They got it to go through & didnt mind it was a big purchase. I've had zero issues ever since. When I make payment it goes through much faster than my other card which wants a fee for fast payments. No issues logging in.

It's mediocre. it serves It's purpose but I don't love that when things get tough and you're a little late on your payment you get locked out of the account and can't access it to make the payment to make the bill current. I have to jump through hoops to just give them my money and I find it very inconvenient. Edit: Responding to the suggested resolution.. The fact that I've never had a choice to do what you're offering as a solution was the problem in the first place.
