Inconveniente This app most of the time does not work. No matter how many times you delete reload reset, it just does not work. it seems that when your payment comes do all of sudden it stops working. the website is the same, but it does not allow you to log in. the only way to contact them is to call the customer service department, which never has any answers to the app issues. You might get someone a representative who might say they are aware of the issue and their IT department is workin

I started my Merrick card over a year ago because their credit card was less predatory than any other offers I was getting (no "account maintenance" fees, lower APR) When my first purchase didn't go through I called their CARES number which really had reliable customer service. They got it to go through & didnt mind it was a big purchase. I've had zero issues ever since. When I make payment it goes through much faster than my other card which wants a fee for fast payments. No issues logging in.

Since the latest update, I can no longer log in to the app. I went so far as to change my password, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone, switching from wifi to data and back again, and completely clearing the app's cache and data. I just keep getting an error that says the request is invalid. I can log in just fine on the website, so it's not me. It is absolutely frustrating knowing there is no logical reason why this should be happening.
