I've been using this app since last 2 semesters, no problem at all, But for this last month the server was soooo bad, every 1/2 minutes always crash, almost half of the participants kicked and joined by the app itself. Fix it please, we really need to study, and we trust this application to help us with that.

Complicated process just for sign up. I have never found an app so much complicated!! I have registered through message and website, but they don't work. Till now. 🤦♀️😖

Hai Annisa, maaf ya bikin km ga nyaman :)
Saat ini, utk login ke aplikasi CloudX, km hrs terdaftar sbg pelanggan Korporat Telkomsel.
Jika km adalah pelanggan reguler, km bisa kok akses layanan CloudX sbg peserta meeting tanpa hrs login ke aplikasi. Km bisa unduh aplikasi CloudX dan klik tautan undangan meeting virtual dari penyelenggara.

After the update, Still force close after allowing apps to call, video, picture etc. So i can't log in to create a meeting
