Get directions to your doctor with your phone’s navigation system
Submit, save, or check on claims
Review processed claims and reimbursement information

So simply doesn't work and won't let you login due to character limit for username

The username field has a character limit that is lower than my username. Login via web browser works fine. The app might be amazing, but I cannot login. I could change my username, but an app that starts this poorly does not inspire confidence. Still the same...

App constantly crashes. It is completely unusable at this point. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. Please update and fix this problem.
