The UI feels like Symbian OS, and this is indeed what an sisx app used to look like. Every time I need to log in, I have to contact support to send me a temporary password. I expected more from MetLife.

Password was correct 100% as I have it saved under Google password manager but it kept saying that either the username or the password is incorrect, I reset the password and received a temporary password (which I copied to avoid any mistakes) and again, it's not even accepting the temporary password, when I logged in the first time and it was working fine, I wondered why the app has bad reviews, but now I know.

There are alot of bugs in this application specially in providers network searching, really it was uncomfortable and the results were unrealistic. Also the user experience is very poor and needs alot of improvments. My recommendation is yoh needs to check the competitors apps and compare their functions and UX to be in track. I am recommend to check AXA app it is nice one.
