As an installer who used this brand for 15+ years this app has been faulty for most of 2022. And the website has been having issues as well. Its situations like these that pushes me towards other brands for better interfaces and support. I have been running into more problems with their axxess interfaces as well. Metea please get it together. As a brand yoy were dependavle. But as of late it is sad to see that the quality and trch suppprt has been lacking.

Useless junk so you do a vehicle compatibility search it brings up part however when you look at vehicle compatibility it tells you to look somewhere else that doesn't exist pretty ridiculous unless you wanna buy a part that says it fit only to get it and find out it doesn't and just like that back to square one except now you gotta return parts or sell em off and if your looking for a steering wheel controls interface thier not exactly cheap

Doesn't even load. Edit: Confirmed app loads now. Hopefully website also works because both app and website werent working. Thanks guys. Edit 2: app loads but when you input vehicle it shows the completely wrong parts for a completely different vehicle.
