A complete swim training program. Select from a variety of workouts, with time intervals. This App has a master clock and a specific interval clock to keep your workouts on track and push you to hit the intervals. Workouts available for all levels of swimmers. You can also enter your own workouts that you want try, including the time intervals for each set. Share your created workouts on the Titan Swim Network so other users can try them. Search and try user created swim sets that are available online through the Titan Swim Network. Select by average user rating, user name, set Id or all sets.

Ideal for individuals training for triathlons, masters swim meets or just trying to stay in or improve their swim shape.
