Very disappointing! This bank was highly rated by Bankrate, but for a purely digital bank this app is very dysfunctional and the reason I will move my money elsewhere. The app won't often open, can't login, no biometrics. It seeks super analog and antiquated. Will go elsewhere for digital banking

When I try to download the app for the saving account I have w this bank Google play says your device is not compatible with this app . my device is a galaxy s9 w android not ios . It seems it's app is just compatible with ios and when I call them they say use the website. Isn't it a big flaw w this bank, not having an app for android phones.

I created all of my online credentials but when logging in using the app with the same information, it gives u and error msg. No good!
