More than half the time I get an error message stating the line is busy or not available 🤔 WHAT!!!! I have never in ANY of my apps seen or heard this explanation, further more I don't have any issues when opening my other apps. I had to stop using the AUTOMATED SYSTEM also because I could never get info from there either. The response I received through that was To re-enter my info because it wasn't correct. It makes me re-think about banking options.

This app almost never works but when it does you have to authenticate every time. Good luck getting help from their "tech support" left messages in the past but no one will call you back. I really like the bank and the people that work there which is why I haven't already left. This app is garbage and they know it is but I have no idea why they choose not to fix it.

Once you're in the app, things tend to work well. However, getting into the app is a massive issue. The app will sometimes crash and need reopened, will often forget your information and have you re-enroll even though it sends you a text before asking for your number, and the biometrics will only work for a few times after reinstalling. These are massive issues that seem to be getting worse. This is actually the reason I've been looking at other banks--I only use mobile banking.
