More than half the time I get an error message stating the line is busy or not available 🤔 WHAT!!!! I have never in ANY of my apps seen or heard this explanation, further more I don't have any issues when opening my other apps. I had to stop using the AUTOMATED SYSTEM also because I could never get info from there either. The response I received through that was To re-enter my info because it wasn't correct. It makes me re-think about banking options.

was working perfectly up until two days ago. I now only get a message that the data network is busy or unavailable. I've been very happy with this bank since we switched to them after just moving to Hazel Green. I really don't want to use rfcu but I have lots of deposits and withdrawals and need to be able to see my account and move money around when needed. This is not cool 😭🥺 please fix this broken app. The employees at our local branch are great. I don't want to have to switch banks again.
This app is trash, never saves my fingerprint,it saves my password but I have to click username and password hit space and then back other wise won't let me login I have no idea why. I have to uninstall and reinstall every so often because it will give me error logging in or say password wrong when it's not.
