Very glitchy and unstable. I signed up, put my info in and set it it to sign on with a fingerprint. It will not save so I have to use user name/password and wait for an auto text, reenroll my phone number. This has happened 5 times in 2 weeks. Skip the app and sign on from the webpage. The app is useless. Let me be clear. This is only about the app. The bank and the people there are great but the online interface is broken.

Very frustrating to have to re-authorize my login CONSTANTLY. Checking "save user ID" doesn't seem to be a working function. It has had me login several times and walk through every security step including re-enrolling. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled thr app numerous times hoping it would help. Please use more efficient systems for this.

Didn't like it some years ago, but they seemed to have gotten the bugs out. Much happier with it. So some free advice developers , it ain't broke ,so don't go fixing it until it is !
