it is adequate to get done what you need to get done. however, things like not remaining signed in ( I am not saying that it just goes to security, no, it completely signed you out)... it is clunky, it is hard to get around. quite often, Common Sense would tell you one thing, but the app does it completely backwards. I'm not even sure if there's been any significant updates, save security updates, in well over 12 months. it seems to be the same, generally.

Huge improvement over previous versions. If you do simple banking things, it takes so much hassle out of needing to run to the nearest branch which isn't always possible since I live in the middle of nowhere Big Island, and I travel to the states often. My favorite feature is the ability to lock my card (because I misplace my wallet all the time), and the alerts whenever my card is charged especially for bills and things on autopay, which makes budgeting way easier. Great job guys!

The design concept is not too user friendly. Particularly, there are functions which are not usable but still listed on the menu. Finger print login didn't work, uninstall and reinstall to fix problem. Addition comments after two years, the app has not improved. Still, it remains being one of the worst app I ever used. Need to think about replacing those design this app. Rating again, not much improvement.
