Haven't been able to log into my account for about a month. The app was perfectly fine until they decided to change it. I was told that they would be switching to a new app, which I did have installed at one point but never set up because this app was working fine for about 6 months, so I deleted that app and now it is gone from the app store. Can only log in via bank website which is a lot more inconvenient for me. Seriously making me consider changing banks even though I like midfirst.

This app used to be great, and then they did updates where you can no longer log in, doesn't matter what you try. I thought I messed up my password, changed it multiple times just to try it on the browser and it worked, never on the app again. Their website says they have a new app, but the link brings me to this one, if it is the other app, it has worse reviews than this one, with sounds like the same issues. I'll be deleting the app and only using the browser going forward, sadly.

The fingerprint biometrics login don't work. It tells me there was an error and defaults to using my password for login. It will also occasionally wipe all my login info and I have to "re-enroll" in mobile banking in order to reach my accounts. Also, if I could see actual account balance after each transaction (so I can reconcile from the app) instead of an available balance that includes all the pending. Having both balances and mobile check deposit would definitely be helpful.
