The layout of the new app is a vast improvement over the old. Much more pleasing to navigate, view account information, etc. And so far biometrics has worked to log in every session. Unlike the old app which would randomly lose the bio setting. There are still a few things to be cleaned up. Backing out of the app to close doesn't always work. It will take you back to the login screen, but it won't fully exit -- forcing you to use the home button -- which can cause login issues next session.

Regarding this New App every single time I try to log in I had some issues. at first I thought It was me being incompetent and not able to log in, but even with all the correct information it didn't work or if I log in successfully the app won't let me Access my account. I am extremely busy and can't go to the bank in person too often to access my account and having these issues is a serious problem. I would really appreciate all the bug fixes so I don't have to call every time I try to log in:(

C'mon Midfirst get your stuff together. Went from an app that was barely adequate for checking balances to an app that just plain out does not work. I have cleared storage, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled all to no avail. Rather than fixing the issues with an app that 3 tenths of a point above the lowest possible review you direct people to call a number. At this point it might be easier to move all of my money to an institution that prioritizes customer experience.
