The app hasn't worked for over a month, not showing any information after logging in, just a blank screen. No account information, no profile information, only able to log out. I've cleared cache, cleared data, and even uninstalled the app and reinstalled but still same issue. Website mentions downloading Digital One app but when I click banner, the app store it directs to says that app is not available.

Based on the latest version, I can no longer access my account. I can login, but it takes me to a screen that says it will complete in 1-3 mins, however it fails every time. Great. App is completely broken. UPDATE: I managed to log in via the web instead to update my account and that worked to get past that step and then the mobile app worked after that. Pretty bad bug in the mobile app though. All it had to do was call the web API and it would have worked fine.

App is aweful, look at any other bank app and see how user friendly they are compared to yours(Renesant). l would love it if there was a quick access feature so I can see my balance in seconds instead of logging in everytime. The app itself is in outdated and in dire need of an overhaul, and offers little by way of features, functions and options, like mobile deposites, credit scores, and an option to download statements(for free)-just to name a few. We are busy people, and yall close early!
