The app will kick you from being able to use biometrics by saying your information has been updated to please sign in. Signing in with your name and password will prompt that your information is incorrect. it turns into having to get with the bank and reset everything. The bank and staff are amazing, but I really think the nation needs to invest in a better functioning app with a more user friendly UI.

Bank is a complete atrocity if you're using them for mortgage. 2 weeks later and they still have nothing on file for my loan. Good luck understanding the far east Indians on the phone too. Update: everytime I use the app I have to change my password, I always try my previous password but the app doesn't allow it because its the "current one". After that the app works fine till you need the 6 digit pass code required to make a payment. But you can pay over phone with the inclusion of a $10.00Fee

I love this bank I just wish it wasn't so far. The workers are so nice and polite.
