This app is extremely problematic. It doesn't load, there are password issues, and then that sends you down an hour long or more rabbit hole of calling tech support and resetting everything. This has happened t ok me in multiple occasions and I just had to delete it and reinstall it because it doesn't work at all. Hopefully this will fix it! I don't have another hour if my life to waste on this app.

Absolutely awful. Can't even login. How do they not have a functional app in 2020? Save your time and don't download, doesn't work.
