Ratings and reviews

Every time this thing has some issue and locks me out forcing a change, again. I can't keep track anymore. It's not me, like most people this is one of a hundred apps on my devices and every friggin time. Most frustrating bank app I've ever used... one time the guy on the phone said I didn't exist. Next day fine. Bummer because the bank services are awesome! However I can't deal with getting locked out when I need access, and that's about to force a change in Banks completely.

The check image is somewhat distorted. The app stretches the check which worries me that there may be issues later due to bad image. Otherwise it's very convenient. Thank you.

Very poorly designed app, balance is almost always unavailable to see in the app and it takes days for deposits to show. I called the bank and they say just give it time ...... Smh this app needs a update or a total redesign
