This is one of the worst digital banking experiences I have ever encountered. It is completely unacceptable for a bank to launch a new mobile application that cannot even open. Replacing a functional app with a broken one shows poor planning, poor testing, and a serious lack of respect for customers who depend on your services daily. Any competent institution would have kept the old app running until the new one was fully stable. Instead, customers are left stranded,

Poor management, they replaced a functioning app with this non functioning app mbu update. The gu app doesn't even open it keeps crushing, at first I thought it was my phone kumbe, please the technical team of Pearl bank do something. Funny thing though is they keep sending me sms mbu I can access their services through the mobile app the one that doesn't work, I wonder!!!

The app used to be good at first but since the bank name changed! the app became a nusesnse. it can't open it just goes off and closes but I request if possible, please restore the app it was saving to some of us. Thank you.
