The app is so frustrating to use. I am residing in the diaspora, and I thought the app would give me freedom of doing Internet banking. For the past three months, I have not got any happiness. It blocked me while doing a mobile money transaction. I tried to log in again, and I was blocked. Tried to do a password reset, but it was not possible as well. Pearl Bank should do a survey from customers to see how it's working. In my opinion, they need to do a lot of improvement on the app. Ronnie SA

charges on this app are weird even airtime they charge and when it comes to withdrawals chargees it's too high

The app keeps rejecting my log in, asking for internet connection yet there's enough data..I nolonger understand these app
