Yes, horrible! I haven't been able to log in for months. I go to the branch because I need my statement, and they tell me to use my app because otherwise I have to pay $10 to request information from the bank, oh, for every single document! They updated my bank information, etc., but I'm still having the same problem: I can't access my account. It's the worst banking app I've ever used. They should fire whoever hired the app developer.and to the person who made the app.

7.15.26 Still not working. No one cares. Will have to close my account if I can't access it.// it requires now a second validation to enter the account, text or call, NONE IS WORKING. Without the code you can't access, this is a disaster! Why can't we use our digital print like in other banks?! UPDATE 3.10.25- ITS WORSE THAN EVER
