It's been stuck at the same place for 3 days, they evidently knew there is a problem because there was an update but it did not fix the problem. cleared cached, deleted data, uninstalled, reinstalled, downloaded on computer, still stuck with no response from game help. I'm going to guess I'll have to wait until this event is over for it to move on. if it doesn't my next step is complaining to Google to see how much of my money I can get back.

game wont let me play. froze on a spider fight and keeps glitching on the battle. constantly showing a converation that wont stop playing. and they havent added anything new. just the same repetitive things over and over. was fun at first but now im bored from it. And support is a damn joke. I was "waiting for a reply in real time" for over an hour. checked back 6 hours later to only one message " we are waiting for an agent to connect. if you do not reply quickly this conversation will close"

Fun game. Great story and I love the characters. My old issue is the lack of game play time. You need to wait time between areas which is dumb. Also you only get 100 energy and when you need to clear stuff out of your path it usually takes 15, 20 or 30 energy. Yes you can get some from exploring but the cost really needs to be cut down so you can actually play the game. If it wasn't for that it would be 5 stars. It makes me want to move on. Can't enjoy the game if you can't play.
