About this app

MG Flasher is a mobile App to tune your BMW equipped with an MG1 ECU and B46, B48 or B58 engine by OBD using ENET Wi-Fi. Flashing time on ENET is only 15 - 20 seconds! Disclaimer: For off-road use only.
*Initial flash/ECU unlock with ENET Wifi will take approximately 4 - 6 minutes.

Flashing your BMW with MG Flasher opens unique functions:
• Switchable Maps On-The-Fly - WORLD'S FIRST SOLUTION FOR BMW B58/B48 - through a simple combination of cruise control buttons you can quickly select between mapping, without the need to reflash vehicle! Gen 2 switchable maps, including all ethanol maps are under development.
• Dynamic Exhaust Burble On-The-Fly - via a simple combination of cruise control buttons you can change the intensity of the burbles whenever you like! MG Flasher offers Gen 2 adjustable options during flash; On-The-Fly features for Gen2 are under development.
• Max Cooling On-The-Fly - With a simple cruise control button combination sequence, you can enable the option without reflashing the car! Gen 2 adjustable options during flash; On-The-Fly features for Gen2 are under development.
• Torque Limit Adjustability - TCU 8HP Limiter Lifted for all platforms! Software calibration without the need for any transmission tuning or skewing the torque/load calculation model maps. This allows for accurate calculations, smooth shifting and no software trickery.
• Speed Limit Removal, Startup Roar, Torque by Gear Limiter on select software
• Ethanol Blends are built into our OTS maps and available using Switchable Maps (on select vehicles only)
• Sport Gauges (HP and TQ) adjustable by user!
• OTS maps prepared by MG Flasher tuners
• Custom maps flashing – flash custom maps prepared by us or other tuners/users
• Logger - log real time data and plot it into graphs for troubleshooting and optimizing
• Cloud Log Viewer - Professional log viewing on logs.mgflasher.com
• Diagnostic - Read and clear BMW specific DTC's
• Reset various adaptations, restore coding
• CVN number (Checksum Verification Number) along with flashing counter stays untouched. This means our software will be virtually invisible to dealer level diagnostic tools

I've edited my original review from 1 Star to 5 stars. overall stability is much better. only annoyance now is having to resync every time before I use the logger or it just freezes. the main reason I bumped up to 5 stars is due to absolutely amazing customer service. ended up getting a stage 2 map that had to be custom made and it was ready the next morning and it's infinitely better than the TWO previous "professional" tunes I had done over the past year. More power and no timing correction!!!

not a safe app. it crashes a lot, it crashed twice while flashing my DME. No refund after two weeks
