This was advertised by yourselfs as something it's not. I bought it for Mazda after you guys saying that it has loads of features . Reality is it doesn't have any features. It doesn't even recognize my car automatically! I have to manually set it up. So at the end of the day I couldn't even delete the service light. I ended up buying a cheap Chinese code reader and my issues are gone. I would not recommend this based on your misleading advertisement

Doesn't code half the things or features it used to, used to work well but now just comes up with errors or unable to tead norices. Also now the licencing has changed, I ended up paying for two subscriptions at the same time. For a single adapter and car, contacted customer support who advised I should of read the terms and conditions more carefully before upgrading to all makes and wouldn't be able to cancel one. Would look elsewhere for better functionality, certainly better customer support.

Used to work brilliantly all the time, no connection issues whatever. However in recent months the flashing blue LED on my 1st adapter stopped working and would not connect to my phone, so I requested a new device. I received the new one, and the LED is back but it still will not connect to my phone. I've tried multiple different cars but nothing works, reinstalling, clearing bluetooth connections. For the price I paid for the adapter and the subscription I expected it to work properly.
