Ratings and reviews

I use this app for all my BMWs together with the Carly scanner. It's an extremely useful tool that can offset expensive repairs at your BMW dealership (some say stealership-LOL) if your vehicle is out of warranty. But hey, if you don't mind shelling 1-2k every visit, then this is not for you. All I'm saying is that more options mean more savings.

Disappointing. They show my mini as R57 but mine is a R52 which the app doesn't have. It shows all 3 steps as complete, then says it couldn't connect or read the car. So far seems to be useless...and this is after waiting about a year for updates to maybe fix it. Still no joy. My support ticket number was 722322. I don't see an email from you.

Super shady no refunds!! Awful, buggy, doesn't do what it says. Claims you can reset adaptations for a Mini Cooper, I open it and try it says not available for your car. Won't connect to my other car at all and they say no refunds you're actually buying the software and and the scanner is free and apparently you agree to it when you purchase it
