after a year of using 6 lite, issues started to appear, first the right one didn't connect in the case which resulted in it not charging, after that i disconnected them and now i cannot reconnect no matter what i try to do, which actually doesn't seem to be the issue from the earphones themselves because they DO show up to pair but i can't connect to them in the app, instead it goes to the guide of "trouble adding earphones?" and even after doing all the steps correctly i still cant connect.

The overall experience is good , sound quality is great , I have redmi 6 standard , but my only concern is that time to time, one of my buds can't show in the app , can't work, either and neither on and suddenly stops working , mostly with left bud . it's hell sometime . hope so thy optimize it well .

It's great when an earbud app lets you customize the gestures, but they won't let you customize the gesture that turns on "voice assistant", it's on by default and I can't seem to turn it off. I hate using voice assistant, and now my new earbuds constantly active the voice assistant menu on my settings.
