ANALYTICS

You can opt-in to send analytics back to Beats in the app. Analytics are designed to protect your information and enable you to choose what you share. Apple collects analytics information about your Beats app and your Beats products, such as the device software versions, device rename occurrences, and device update success and fail rates, in order to improve the product.

None of the collected information identifies you personally. The information collected will only be used by Apple to improve the quality and performance of the Beats app as well as Beats products.

Ratings and reviews

I have very happy using the Beats Fit Pro earbuds for the last year, but since the update about a month ago, they absolutely suck!! They aren't charging when I put them in the case, and they keep losing connection with my Android phone multiple times in a few minutes. They only thing that's new is the update, and it broke my beats. PLEASE FIX!!!

This app looks pretty, but functions terribly. Sometimes it can report battery level and mode for Beats Solo Pro. More often it just doesn't seem to work. And even when it does work, the user interface is really confusing. Two stars because I honestly have seen it work sometimes, and the concept is good! I wish the 2023 update improved on this, but it really doesn't seem any different.

The app can be confusing at first and I've had skull candy earbuds with way better app control as well as earbud control. The app needs serious updating that is actually helpful. When I try to update my Beats Studio earbuds after charging the case, the option to update them disappeared. Volume control needs more improvement and the app itself isn't very helpful.

What's new

Introduces Mute function support for Beats Fit Pro and Powerbeats Pro, while paired with a supported source device. Now you can easily mute yourself while on a phone call using the onboard ‘b’ button.
