Mi Store is Xiaomi’s official Android app to help you shop on-the-move, It offers a fast and intuitive interface to search, browse and purchase all Mi products, including phones, tablets and accessories, register for flash sales, pay securely using multiple payment options and track order delivery status. With this app, we'll ensure you have first dibs on all our new product launches and our special discount offers.

You can pay using all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. We also support Net banking, with over 40 leading banks integrated into our payment system. With the Cash-on-Delivery option, you can choose to pay using cash during product delivery instead of making an online payment in advance. We also offer a flexible EMI option with leading banks.

Mi.com’s easy replacement policy ensures that you get a replacement in case of any defects in the original product. Xiaomi has restricted the use of Mi Points to mobile phones, tablets and laptops only, and has reduced the maximum discount to 10 per cent from 20 per cent. This makes the points almost completely useless. For example: you earn points after buying a phone, only to have to spend them on… another phone rather than accessories or smart devices. This decision is completely baffling, and I won't be using the Mi Store any more.

One star is already too much. If I could, I would give zero stars. I have been using Xiaomi products for many years, but the customer support is by far the worst I have ever experienced. For days I have been unable to sign in to my Mi Store account. I contacted live chat, sent emails, and was promised that someone would contact me, but nothing happened. I am extremely disappointed with Xiaomi's customer service and cannot recommend it to anyone.

My experience of buying mobile from these is not pretty good because recently I purchased mi mobile its being 5 months only n it's getting too stuck n many othe problems im getting in these mobile after giving complain to the authority also ,not taking any quick action in response to my complain.so i suggest not to buy mobile from these because I don't want anyone else to suffer the same which I did .My simple point is that a customer pay money for good service in return.Hope they take action.
