There seems to be a problem with the navigation. It appears like I can't see all of the app, like the bottom is cut off. For example, when I go to view claims, if I try to use the filter feature to switch from one person to another, I can select my filter preferences, but the is no button to actually apply the filters. Also, I only see the bottom navigation buttons when I am navigating between content, so I have to select "benefits", "actions", or "claims" very quickly or I can't access them.

The app looks good, but most of the links to the embedded sites don't work or crash. VSP and the FSA sites don't work or say "undefined". The only one that actually links is Humana, and it just drops you to the website. It also will not show you ID...it says to check back later. Basically the app is worthless... 2/26/23 Great an update! Think it would fix all the issues...now you can't even login. Why does my employer pay for a junk app?

Not a bad app but has no way to find a provider. Shows find provider button that only goes to a billing website. Calling them only gets you a voicemail never a live person.With my work hours they never call me back in the time I can talk which is a short window. We need option to talk to a live person to get our help on our schedule not theirs. Maybe going to another health insurance provider if they don't start putting their customers first.
