Ratings and reviews

I've been playing for a good while now, but I've stopped enjoying it as much as I used to. The game isn't bad by any means, it's quite good if your device can run it (6GB RAM recommended). The new battlesuits are always the highlights, it's just that aside from story, most other aspects of the game end up suffering. Everything has become more streamlined as content is added, but at the same time the real variety of content the game had once upon a time almost gone, aside from event content.

I am disappointed to revise this review as a huge fan of HI3 and have played this game since before Chapter 9. Since the end of Part 1, the emphasis on pushing the latest meta characters and their gear has become overwhelming; without them, you can't clear new content. In my opinion, Part 2 should have been a separate game as Part 1 characters are phased out too quickly. It was a fun and memorable journey while it lasted.

Came back to witness End of Kiana's Journey, it was a good closure, a little blemish on the 4th wall breaking aspect but still great nonetheless. As for part 2, I don't like it. Nowadays HI3 is trying to be Genshin. Part 2 story is meh, too many expositions, terminology and char introduction at once. We need to go back to our HI3 root, stage based and overarching story. We need to cut down many of old boring things, like Armada Commission, Sim Battle and Weekly Quiz.
