SOA & Assessment Simulator is an interactive clinical training app that lets healthcare learners practice patient encounters from start to finish — history taking, physical examination, vitals, special tests, and SOAP documentation — across 22 realistic patient scenarios.
WHO IT'S FOR
Nursing students building assessment confidence
Medical students practicing history and exam skills
Educators looking for self-paced simulation tools
WHAT YOU DO
Each encounter follows a complete clinical workflow:
History Taking — Interview the patient using natural speech or text. Ask about chief complaint, pain characteristics, associated symptoms, past medical history, medications, allergies, social and family history. The patient responds naturally with emotion-appropriate voice audio.
Physical Exam — Examine body regions using inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation. Real clinical audio plays for heart sounds, lung sounds, and bowel sounds. Findings are tracked and scored.
Special Tests — Perform case-relevant special tests (e.g., McBurney's point tenderness, Murphy's sign, straight leg raise) with proper technique and interpretation.
Assessment — Document your clinical impression with a built-in SOAP note generator that assembles your findings in proper format. Score your diagnostic reasoning against the expected diagnosis.
Debrief — Review a detailed scoring rubric covering subjective history, objective exam, and diagnostic accuracy. See which critical questions you asked and which you missed, with clinical rationale for each.
