PLATINUM Technical Support. After installing the thermostat and downloading this app, Found an issue and emailed support (vis Play Store). I received an actual response within 4 hours and a promise that a solution was being developed. I received a follow-up email a few hours later. We exchanged 3 sets of emails in less than 24 hours. The issue has been resolved. I'm extremely impressed.

Usually pretty reliable, but for the past week the app has been giving me a pop-up telling me "Adding location permission allows the thermostat to show the weather and outside temperature for your local area." I do not want or need this, and there is no way of disabling these messages. It is annoying, and prevents me from changing settings quickly. edit: Thank you for a timely response. The issue is that I do have these features enabled and functional, so I should not be getting these messages.

The app is functional, but it really need an overhaul. I have three thermostats and UI does not have a dashboard page that shows you basic things like temp, mode and if it is running. For all of them, unless you go into each of them. I wish they would look at how other systems dashboard looked and give us something nicer. Again the system is great for an RV, the app just lacks.
