Advertised as "compatible with Garmin" to only learn after buying a pair that the flagman Garmin 8 "not supported". Without connection to a smart watch it's half as useful.

If you are referring to Garmin Fenix 8 then you are correct, there is currently a bluetooth issue with this model and Garmin has confirmed that it will fix it in an upcoming release. Please contact customer support if you have any issue with our product.

Workout duration always starts at 1 hour (01:00:00). Very little support from app Devs. Engo 2 glasses stopped working after a couple of weeks.

After update, glasses no longer update metrics when android phone screen is locked. I have Android version 14.

Indeed we found a bug on Android 9 and we are working to fix it, sorry for the inconvenience.
Android 14 should be supported with last app version 2.6.1, try with the last app version.
