The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Timesheet mobile app enables users to submit and approve timesheet for projects. This mobile app surfaces the timesheet functionality that resides in the project management and accounting area of Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, improving user productivity and efficiency as well as enabling timely entry and approval of project timesheets.

This app is horrifically designed. The desktop version isn't great, but you can muddle through. This app is worse. Not intuitive at all, search function is broken to the point where it forces you to load a list of search results after every letter typed in, along with a pop up window to indicate the loading. If you work somewhere that has multiple charging codes, this method is useless. Very difficult to input multiple time charges against the same date if you have a gap between periods of work.

Great Job Microsoft. This is a great step in the right direction for mobile timesheet management in Dynamics 365 for F&O. If we can add an app icon notification to show number of items pending in queue for review, that will be great. I also think, while the expense management mobile workspace of F&O offers some mobile expense management functionality, it lacks the appeal and modern, fast UI. A modern app like this for expenses management also will make it easy for adoption for customers.
