This app's conversation function was amazing, especially in school settings with so many languages in one classroom. I have a friend that speak Egyptian Arabic and it translated the context very well while it also translated to Russian and Spanish and Dutch at the same time. Unfortunately the conversation function no longer works. It's writes it all in English. I saw many complaints from educators with no response from Microsoft. It's super disappointing it's not supported anymore.

I have been using this app in support of learning French (not just it tho...) and it's just been updated significantly. I love that phrasebook feature for study, and that it is well set up for talking to someone now. But. I really want the ability to edit the current translation back. Now I have to write it out again every time even if just adding a word to the end of a phrase. It was so useful when I was trying to do song lyrics while it was playing.

Performs more than adequately, it seems to follow context very well. Oct 2022 The app had an auto-detect feature, now it's suddenly gone - despite no update being done on authorized. (auto detect back not long after my complaint). However, a year or two later yet another revision has been made without asking: Now I have to reassimilate to a new wonky navigation layout. It'd be nice if there was a reversion option. Change for the sake of anything other than improvement is asinine.
