This free educational application is a nice collection of about fifty high-resolution pictures of marine animals, a glimpse into their beautiful aquatic world. Suitable for people of any age, this virtual dive allows the exploration of the most interesting species that live in the salt water of the seas or oceans. Moreover, you can find out a few details about their habitat, along with some of their distinct body features. Each page displays a unique marine species; you can zoom in, zoom out, and translate a little its current image. If there are orientation sensors, a gyroscopic effect will be present all the time, slightly rotating the image in accordance with your movements. This app is mainly designed for tablets (landscape orientation), but it works fine on modern phones too (Android 6 or newer).

Ratings and reviews

It's a good app but if you are looking for a app to be more informative about marine life I wouldn't recommend this app. It only shows a few types of species of an animal, sometimes only one. I think the developers need to add more species of an an animal and more marine animals on here

It was pretty good. I think what would be cool was if they listed the subspecies with their normal name.and scientific name, as well as a small description (could be so small as "grimpoteuthis megaptera was discovered by Addison Emery Virrill). Overall, that would've taken a lot research, so this is still pretty cool.

Had good information and a variety of sea animals, but wasn't very interactive.
