LokOS is a flagship initiative from NRLM aimed at enhancing rural lives and empowering women by providing skill and livelihood enhancement support.
With a vision to digitise the CBO networks across India and introduce paperless governance, LokOS platform streamlines SHG, VO, and CLF management.
It plays an important role in providing skill training and financial support to members and connecting them with various government schemes to expand Livelihood options.
What’s more, the application acts as a central hub for members to access various other NRLM initiatives aimed at upliftment of rural society, like Lakhpati Didi, Aajeevika Register, and more.

I am facing an issue in my LOKOS ID. My role “SHG & VO Book Keeper” is not visible in the app. When I try to raise a request to add the role, the system shows “Internal Server Error” and the request cannot be submitted. Because of this issue I am unable to continue my work in the LOKOS portal. Kindly check this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

The performance of the app is good but there are some issues which have slowed the speed of the work and are consuming more time than usual... The error message should be clear and visible. Also guidance is necessary when making mistakes at least in text form....
