Kitchen Confidence Live is a full pastry curriculum taught via livestreams by professionally trained chef Lindsey Farr, built for intermediate home bakers who want a real culinary education without the cost or constraints of culinary school.

Join us live for Season 1: Pastry Fundamentals which has 29 live sessions across 13 sections. We start with cookies and move progressively through a full professional pastry school arc including cakes, bread, chocolate and plated desserts. Sessions are taught live every other week, with replays available so you never fall behind. You learn the why behind every technique, the same way it is taught in professional kitchens.
