About this app

LBR8 is a collective learning and practice space for people committed to embodied change, transformation, and living in right relationship--with themselves and others.

Our purpose is to build our collective capacity as humans living liberated lives—spacious, compassionate, and whole, in life, lifestyle and livelihood—at a moment when much of what once held us no longer does.

LBR8 is not a wellness app, a meditation app, or even a social network. LBR8 is infrastructure for a liberated life. Infrastructure that builds you up, rather than grind that wears you down.

Rooted in the work and frameworks developed by Rev. angel Kyodo williams, LBR8 moves beyond the solo journey of wellness to practicing what wellbeing means in collective.

This is a space to:

+ integrate experiential insights into daily life, and
+ stay connected after programs.


Inside LBR8, wildly diverse members gather around shared inquiry, embodied practice, and real-world application. You’ll find a mix of free and guided experiences designed to support personal, relational, and social transformation--without fragmenting your attention across platforms. Bring that attention to your life, lifestyle and livelihood--without fragmenting who you are.
