Southbank Club, a converted cinema, is now a state-of-the-art gym which boasts three surround sound cinema screens as well as incredible 40ft high ceilings which give it a feeling of spaciousness. Inspiring exercise!
Arranged over three levels with an excellent range of equipment to suit all fitness requirements – there is no queuing here for machines. We have plenty for everyone with an extensive range including:
• A cardio zone packed with the latest equipment including running machines, cross trainers, rowers & cycles
• Dedicated free weights room
• Functional training zone
• Full range of fitness classes
• Comprehensive squash Facilities with weekly club nights
• Sauna & Steam
• 7 Squash Courts
To ensure that you get the most from your visit, our experienced personal trainers offer personal one-to-one fitness programming, instruction and regular reassessments. Your bespoke programme is devised according to your short, medium and long term goals and what you want to achieve.
Gym/classes/sauna guest fee is £8.
