First, you build your own foundation. What matters to you? What is going on in your life? Which patterns do you recognize? Where are you now, and which direction do you want to take?

From your answers, a personal foundation is created directly on your device. From that point on, the questions are no longer generic prompts. They connect to what you have shared, helping you understand why you think, choose and react the way you do.
