Set your alarm. If you don't dismiss it within a grace period, Nudge automatically sends an SMS to your nominated contacts. No drama. Just a quiet heads-up that something might need attention.
It's simple by design. You set the alarm, you choose who gets notified, and Nudge does the rest. No subscriptions required to get started — just download and try it free for 30 days.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Set a wellness alarm with a grace period (1–10 minutes)
2. When the alarm fires, a countdown begins
3. Dismiss or snooze it and nothing happens
4. If you don't respond in time, your approved contacts receive an SMS alert automatically
