About this app

Introduction 👋

This is an open source app, created as a demo of some Android features, available on Play Store for all users.
The main purpose of the app is to provide a random choice in different ways. The app contains some basic personalization options and an introduction, plus some new resources like animated vector drawables and a basic Material You support. The design is a bit personal: it follows the Android guidelines, but not totally.

Why should i use Randomix? 😕

Well, i'll tell you 3 main reasons:
• It can help you to decide randomly in 4 different ways, elegantly!
• It will cost just 3MB of storage!
• It's beautiful, full of animations and simple to use!
An example?
→ During a table game, you have to throw a dice, a coin, or choose which player should start: Randomix does it all!
→ You're hungry but you and your friends can't decide a place to have a meal: just spin the roulette and accept its wise answer!
→ You're starting to develop apps and you need a simple app to look at, to find some inspiration and tricks: click on the Github link, and the Randomix source code is served!

Features 🎲

• Every tab in the bottom navigation bar contains a type of random choice. The available types are:
• Roulette → select an option from a list.
• Coin → simply flips a coin and prints the result.
• Dice → throws a dice and prints the result.
• Magic Ball → provides randomly chosen answers to any question.
• Shake to launch option
• The recent options used in the roulette are automatically saved and can be restored or deleted!
• Light and dark themes (automatic dark mode supported)
• Selectable accent (11 choices, Material You supported)
• Vibration and sounds
• Android 13 per-app language and themed icon
• Roulette presets for letters and numbers, range mode
• Up to 10 dice + 3v3 mode
• First time introduction
• Multiwindows support
• Simple and precise ui following the latest Material Design 3

3/10/2024: Thanks for the developer's speedy reply! Apparently, there's a way to save lists. Didn't know that. I usually read manuals and instructions, but I might've missed it this time. Just downloaded this app, and I already like it! Practical and pretty! Aesthetically pleasing in a minimalist way with just enough sound to keep it from being boring and utilitarian. It'd be great if we had the option to save lists in the roulette option. That's the only option I'm really looking for.

You can do it! Insert your option, spin the roulette, and you'll find the options saved when you press the little clock button! Long prede on an option set to never delete it, swipe to delete!

Can you add custom cards? I don't want the possibility of repeating. Edit... Is there a way to go through a list of random options without accidentally picking the same thing twice? Like when you are going through a deck of cards I can't pick king of diamonds twice until i finish the whole deck... Hi ok,sorry for the trillion edits. App is great except roulette forgets where I left off when I switch randomizer or close app. That's a problem for my intended use. Can you allow memory?

Regarding the "delete last option" you can find this feature in the settings! And, regarding the "retaining the options in memory" I'll s e what I can do! Thanks for your review!

Almost perfect for my needs. Free with no ads and works as advertised. I don't have any major complaints. I just wish you could save the roulette choices to various lists so you don't have to enter the choices every time you want to say pick which one of your favorite restaurants you're going to go to.
