The analytics and sales reports always seem to be off from the ones I pull from my computer. Also when someone uses a promo code it should be visible on the receipt. There is also this glitch where "Business Snapshot" will disappear and I'll have to reboot the app to get it to come back.
Should have option to open the app to the schedule "list" view instead of "day" view. "Day" view (the default, for some reason) is less useful than "list," as it only shows a several hour window. I want to see all classes on the schedule in one column. For years this app has opened to "last viewed," which was functional; that's inexplicably removed in this update. Answer to my inquiry: "That's not available." Thanks. This is a simple choice that users should be able to make in a professional app. It's inconvenient to have to click back to "list" view every time I open the app.
I use it within my company, and I absolutely hate it. The online website only allows you to "check out" item by item, which can take forever. As well as the app for the most part does not actually work! I can mark arrived, but it never allows me to apply payment and "check out". The whole operation is a great idea, but a terrible user experience.
Update to 3 stars from 1: customer service has been revamped it seems, I've called 3 times in the last few months and waited less than 15 minutes vs the 3-5 hours I waited back in April. Still lots of odd things that limit the experience and is kinda clunky, times out, 8 different ways to do 1 thing and just not super user friendly... Maybe I'm just 80 inside, that's very possible... Thank God I'm not on the 400/month plan or we'd be run into the ground in no time... Still kinda salty. Original: Last time I'm going to put in a request for you to call me Mindbody. I feel like mindbody is run by the mob. Oh, it is- Wells Fargo! Try something else first!
app is normally okay not that great but all of a sudden I can't even get it to open I keep uninstalling it. I need it to work and cant even see my appointments and unfortunately I don't have a say in our booking system at my salon or I would get rid of this system.
Still struggling to get used to this app. Why can't I cancel an appointment I have booked with a client on the android version, while on the iphone version you can. Will persevere with it.
