Long story short: I hate this system. My boss switched to this for our salon booking and retail checkout and everyone has issues all the time. From the card reader being unable to read credit cards, to transactions loading and never finishing, it's ridiculous. Half the time our text reminders to clients never send and there isn't an option to manually send. Also service checkout is not user friendly and there are many steps before you can checkout. It has too many problems to mention.

This app does the basic functions available on desktop. It makes scheduling my students convenient. It also looks clean and it *usually* operates smoothly. I wish the app had a way to see tasks/follow ups assigned to me. After the recent update, the app logs me out every other time I open it. BUT when it's running, it doesn't lag as much. Lol

It's convenient that there are so many businesses I can search through and book with in a single app, but I frequently have to do multiple repeated and identical searches to get the exact business I want pulled up. Even when I put the exact name and location of the business I'm looking for in the search bar, it'll say there are no matching results nearby until I try it 3 or 4 times.

What's new

We have few bugs fixes in the update

While adding availability , the default Privacy was set to 'Hide from Public' instead of 'Show to Public' which is fixed

Red alert icons for clients were only seen if 'View client info' permission was on but that was not the case in web & iOS version. Its fixed so that its same experience across the platform.

Staff who don't have permission to view entire schedule to not see others service counts
