Constantly crashing The app has been awful. It's randomly opening up my schedule on days I don't work, it doesn't save the info when I check in a client. I have called support multiple times and they talk to me like it's my fault... this system needs major tweeks. I am paying twice as much as I did with schedulicity and it's a noting but trouble. In 6 years with schedulicity I never had even one problem
Notifications are sub-par For one, I would think that I'd be able to see requested appointments through the app, and not just the Web client. Seems intuitive. -- --. ** Update 12/20/16 ** Over a year since my last review. 2 years since using the service; and yet you STILL can't confirm a requested appointment. Time for my business to start looking into alternative CRMs. Highly disappointed.
This app regularly crashes, fails to populate my schedule, crashes when I'm trying to accept a ccard payment, crashes when scheduling clients. It's not unusual to have to log out and log back in just to accept a payment or reschedule a client for the next appointment. When I do have to log out and log back in it often won't find my salon name. This app is awful and needs serious attention. $65 a month for this nightmare. Should have stuck with Vagaro $30 a mo and reliable! Fix and I'll change my Review
