Subscriptions
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication. If you’ve previously had a free trial, payment will be taken immediately. To manage your subscription & auto-renew settings, go to your Account Settings after purchase.

Cancel anytime in settings at least one day before the end of the subscription period for cancellation to take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Deleting the app won't cancel your subscription.

Ratings and reviews

The app is great in design and the stories I've used have great atmosphere and do the job perfectly. For my use though by its nature a one time story purchase option would be far more beneficial than a subscription model as the little one really only wants to hear the same few stories so it's not worth subscribing for full access. No one wants to sell you something these days but would rather keep charging for repeated use. Shame.

The stories are great, and it definitely helped with my toddler's falling asleep, especially when we dropped the night time dummy. But seriously... find a way to fix the issue of it stopping on Android. It's so annoying. Your step by step "fix" doesn't work. It works great on an iPhone but as soon as I play it on my daughter's android tablet it stops shortly after the screen shuts off. So disappointing

Update: I can now open playlists, so that's working now. And it doesn't seem to be going back to the start of a track when I go back into the app to check how far along a story is etc. So many bugs! Often when I reopen the app to check how far along the story is it starts the story again from the start! I also can't open playlists, nothing happens when I try to select them. Individual songs/stories work fine.

What's new

In this version our team of Moshlings have been busy adding more magic behind the scenes to the world of Moshi. This includes an improved experience on onboarding and on the 'discover' screen.
