University life is a lot. Mind Measure helps you
keep track of how you're actually doing — not just
on your best days, but over time.
HOW IT WORKS
Each check-in takes just a few minutes. You share
how you're feeling, speak a short reflection, and
answer a quick prompt. Mind Measure looks at
patterns across what you say, how you sound, and
your facial expression to build a picture of your
wellbeing relative to your own baseline.
Afterwards, you get a personal wellbeing score and
a view of how your trends are shifting — so you can
notice when things are slipping before they become
harder to manage.
JUST FOR YOU
Your responses are private. Your individual data is
never shared with your university, your tutors, or
anyone else. Mind Measure processes your check-in
and then deletes the raw material. What stays is
your score and your personal trends — nothing more.
This is a tool for your own self-awareness, not a
reporting system.
NOT A CRISIS SERVICE
Mind Measure is a reflective wellbeing tool. It is
not a diagnostic service and does not replace
professional support. If you are struggling and need
to talk to someone, please reach out to your
university counselling service or contact Samaritans
on 116 123 (free, 24 hours).
