How it works
You open the app. Jodie, the platform's voice-based guide, leads you through a short conversation. You answer a few questions and speak a brief reflection. The platform analyses your voice, your language, and your expression to generate a personal Wellbeing Score.
Over time, your scores build into a picture of how you have actually been feeling, not how you think you should be. Patterns become visible. Shifts become noticeable. You start to understand yourself a little better.
Your data is yours
Your individual scores, responses, and trends are visible only to you. Your employer sees anonymised, aggregated data at team level. It cannot see your score, your responses, or anything that identifies you. Raw audio and video are deleted immediately after processing. You can delete your account at any time.
This is not a policy promise. It is how the system is built.
What it is not
Mind Measure Pro is not connected to your appraisal, your absence record, or your HR file. It is not a performance tool. It is not a counselling service. It is a quiet, private habit of self-reflection, supported by technology that notices things you might miss.
