this place will get your information and say they will help you in all kinds of ways but will not pick up a phone and call no one unless they know someone else is in the picture doing something and then you may get them to call one person that the other people have called to help you just so you can give them a good reference. other then that they will hurt you anyway they can and talk about you like a dog to other people if they think your off the phone but your still on there but you just have

Very nice to have a app I can check in on every minute of every day, and to say anything and your staff gets back to you asap, best helpful application ever. Really does help when someone is actually listening to your problems and are actually trying to help. Will use forever and a day

My first caseworker seemed like she did want to do her job. Although she missed several appointments to call me back. Now my second, she just doesn't want her job at all! She refuses to answer me and only sends me junk email that I simply have to delete. This app and it's "helpers" are completely useless. If it has a use, I have not found it! Oh yeah, app will not allow me to sign in to "see papers my caseworker sent." Junk, junk, junk. And it's also trash.
