Very nice to have a app I can check in on every minute of every day, and to say anything and your staff gets back to you asap, best helpful application ever. Really does help when someone is actually listening to your problems and are actually trying to help. Will use forever and a day

I've been getting consistent crashes while opening the app. Not sure if there's a bug currently, but I'm unable to open the app.

Worked fine until I got a notification that my case worker messaged me. I clicked the notification and the app acted like I was a new subscriber. Asked for my email or phone number, put in the codes and it never let me log back in.
