my go to person Phill is awesome and very helpful. as for the ap it's self I really haven't gotten much out of it. it's kind of boring and you only can go to a certain point and then nothing. back to where you began.

Very nice to have a app I can check in on every minute of every day, and to say anything and your staff gets back to you asap, best helpful application ever. Really does help when someone is actually listening to your problems and are actually trying to help. Will use forever and a day

My first caseworker seemed like she did want to do her job. Although she missed several appointments to call me back. Now my second, she just doesn't want her job at all! She refuses to answer me and only sends me junk email that I simply have to delete. This app and it's "helpers" are completely useless. If it has a use, I have not found it! Oh yeah, app will not allow me to sign in to "see papers my caseworker sent." Junk, junk, junk. And it's also trash.
