Roll the dice. Restore the story.
Tome Bound is a push your luck, Yahtzee style dice RPG wrapped in a unique fantasy world. If you like rolling five dice, holding your best matches, and gambling on one more reroll you already know how to play this.
You're a restorer of broken chronicles: books whose stories have come apart at the seams, spilling their unfinished pages into the world. Each page is a dice challenge. Roll five glyphs, hold what matches, spend your Focus to reroll the rest — and when the dice won't cooperate, spend precious Living Ink to force the binding shut anyway. Push too far without it, and the page fights back.
• Twelve unique worlds, twelve ways to play
Every world bends the core dice game with its own rule — trade a spare glyph for extra rerolls in one, freeze a die in place in another, mirror pairs to save resources in a third. Same five dice, new decisions every time.
• Build your approach
Choose how you reinforce each restoration — durability, control, or adaptability — and carry that build through the run.
• A world worth returning to
Restored worlds don't just sit still. Instabilities can resurface old chronicles with new twists, so there's always another page worth rebinding.
• Original art, sound and feel
Every world has its own backdrop, ambient score, and sound design — plus haptics that make every clean bind and every risky push-your-luck moment felt, not just seen.
• Built to be played by everyone
Full screen-reader support, adjustable text size, and a reduced-motion mode that never costs you gameplay clarity.
• Fair, and we mean it
No energy timers. No pay to win. The first shelf is yours to play through properly, for free, for as long as you like. Further shelves unlock with a single optional reward — watch one short ad, or simply keep playing. Ads, when they appear at all, are brief and infrequent — no banners, ever.
There's more waiting in the Archive than any one world lets on. How far you restore it is up to you.
