I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I CANNOT OPEN THE GAME UNLESS I USE A VPN? This wasnt an issue at the beginning but then one day it says I have network issues even tho my wifi is fine? I use vpn and suddenly network issue disappears. What is your problem?

The HotFix update is not updating on WiFi despite having a good connection. Had to turn to Data. The game is not working on Wifi. And having seen past reviews, nobody can send the message in the game, because it will not load anyway.
