Ratings and reviews

While playing the game, I get matched with players who are at much higher levels than me. I cannot compete with them because they are experienced veterans. Excessive ads appear, which makes me lose interest in playing. Sometimes, the striker doesn't move. Also, with the Lucky Box, the game sometimes exits without giving any reward after I've collected half of it.

I have been a loyal and long time player of Carrom Pool, but the constant ads are ruining the experience. Every time I play a game, an ad pops up. As a valuable and old user, it is extremely frustrating to face uninterrupted ad pop-ups every single minute. If this continues, you are going to lose dedicated players like me. Please reduce the ad frequency and respect your regular gamers' time.

I am a beginner-level player and I enjoy playing your game. However, I am frequently matched with highly experienced and high-level opponents. I kindly request you to improve the matchmaking system by considering the player’s level, experience, and performance. Beginner and low-level players should preferably be matched with players of a similar level. This would make the game more balanced, fair, and enjoyable for new players.
