A rating of 1 is overly generous, but that's the lowest we could go. A previously working version of the app has now morphed into an unusable app. A registered email turned into an unregistered account. Reading through the other reviews showed that I am not alone, and that this is not the only issue. Unfortunately, I am not someone who will jump through hoops just to re-register to make arrangements for health screening so it just means a lost customer.

The app doesn't really work well for me, because of some bugs. I had to use it for a health screening at NUS that I wanted to do and I was e-mailed by minmed to do a online doctor consultation afterwards. Then suddenly, to join the call I needed some documents that I didn't have. Also the doctor couldn't hear me and told me to rejoin, but I couldn't. I think the app is not in a production-ready state yet.

Was promised a free teleconsultation after my health checkup that I booked with them but I'm unable to book due to multiple technical issues from their end - kicking me out of the app as I was selecting the date of appointment and collecting payment from me from a service that I was informed to be complimentary prior. Extremely unprofessional service
