A rating of 1 is overly generous, but that's the lowest we could go. A previously working version of the app has now morphed into an unusable app. A registered email turned into an unregistered account. Reading through the other reviews showed that I am not alone, and that this is not the only issue. Unfortunately, I am not someone who will jump through hoops just to re-register to make arrangements for health screening so it just means a lost customer.

Had been made to download the app for health checkup, or else cannot proceed even though the payment had been made. Why? Physically there still need app, and it took ages to launch and login (not to mention the "timeout" issue that is frustrating. Now the report is out but for days I can't login to app to view report? Can something be done to ensure the patients have relatively smoother and happier experience? And do let me login to view my report!

Unfortunately the app is terrible. I did a health scan and I could not access it from the app. It appears but the download button doesn't work. I had to ask them to send it via email. When you register online via desktop the registration is completely different than the app one. So if you try to access your account via desktop you won't find it. However, if you book an appointment via desktop registration, once at the doctor's they will ask you to download the app and re-register there 🤯
