Your OTP is not coming in and the countdown timer resets when you leave the app so you have to stay on the screen for 3 mins. Even after re-requesting it gives an error message and you force exit the app and the cycle repeats. Does not work

Unable to book appointment because the app keep saying the SMS verification code I entered is not a valid dob format??? I was asked of SMS code and I enter the code given, why is it invalid? I also tried my DOB and OF COURSE it's also wrong because it's not the SMS code! When I tried to get help through the WhatsApp support, the "human" agent took more than 10 minutes in between EVERY SINGLE RESPONSE. It's worse than talking to a bot

Tried contacting them via email and phone number but uncontactable. What's the point of putting those as contact if 1) my email gets bounced back with a message saying i am not part of the group and 2) i call via phone and no one picks up.
