Ratings and reviews

Extremely poor communication. There is no way for you to connect with with the same doctor if you missed anything or if the call got cut. No contact number for the minmed group, only WhatsApp chat. There is nobody at the chat, it has been more than 3 hours and I'm only getting bot replies. If you call the clinic there would be someone to pick up. Not sure why this is not an option for this teleconsult app. Absolutely unacceptable for a healthcare / clinic type of app.

Theres also no way to find the doc or anyone after the teleconsult. Tried to reach someone cuz i was given way too much medication but no avenue for help. The chat function disappears behind the keyboard when it comes up as well.

A rating of 1 is overly generous, but that's the lowest we could go. A previously working version of the app has now morphed into an unusable app. A registered email turned into an unregistered account. Reading through the other reviews showed that I am not alone, and that this is not the only issue. Unfortunately, I am not someone who will jump through hoops just to re-register to make arrangements for health screening so it just means a lost customer.
